Fairfield Lake Fairfield Texas has a really nice state park with RV camping with electrical outlets, and even electricity primitave campsites is not available and is away from all the noise and Bussel Homes RV motor and so on. Fishing from shore is really nice too. Many wild animals such as bald eagles, deer and other animals that are protected and not too shy. There is even Raccoon raids at night if you do not care to store all food sources. LOL explosion. However, my favorite lake must be the one who has the easiest Access to my house, convenience, fishability, and security. TPWD has a really good site www.tpwd.state.tx.us they have a nice card that will allow Texas select your region and this will be the list of all lakes in your region of Texas, according to their location. Also the list and if all the leisure activities are allowed such as access ramps, camping and hiking Rving what type of fish abundance and what is there. State parks are because alcohol is not allowed. I like to drink while camping but do not want to be in a noisy place to roughians lol. Somewhere with good hiking trails, preferably on a lake with boat rental, and a bathhouse with hot showers and toilets REAL! Jamestown Campground on Lake Pymatuming is nice, but a state campground.

Try Elk State Park in Cecil County, Maryland neck. I was raised to about 10 miles away and is a great site for small, camping, fishing, hiking, whatever. Wonderful! I know youll love it!
